The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Learn our favourite quick & easy tapas recipes - you will want to make these tasty small plates again and again to enjoy with friends and family. Tapas have evolved throughout Spanish history, incorporating new ingredients and influences from Rome to North America, and we bring you a modern interpretation of some of the most popular tapas.
Under Emiliano's expert guidance, you will work in pairs to prepare:
- Chorizo, cider and chickpea stew with ajillo
- Mushroom tortilla
- Patatas lo pobre
- Pisto with sultanas
What previous participants on Emiliano's classes said: “"Tasty food and great recipes.. Emiliano was so relaxed and reassuring.. Will definitely make the dishes again.”
