In this talk, Cloutier will provide background on the history of Dorcas International Institute and the work that they do across Rhode Island. She will be joined by Sarah Antaya, Dorcas’s Refugee Resettlement Manager, who will share the challenges refugees face when they arrive in the United States and the impact the Welcome Blankets will have on them.
