Description

Don’t miss the final LGBTJews in the Federal City program featuring Story District! Hear local community members perform their stories on stage for you. Inspired by themes of Hanukkah, including perseverance, bravery, and light, join us for an inspirational and imaginative evening of live storytelling featuring the voices and experiences of LGBTQ+ Jewish Washingtonians. Featuring: Savina Barini Brown, Ariel Frankel, Tamar Gasko, Joseph Levin-Manning, Jessica Morris, and Nicholas Prosini., with CJM"S collection curator, Jonathan Edelman, as the emcee! Includes access to LGBTJews in the Federal City. Come early to see the exhibit!

 

In partnership with Bet Mishpachah, Story District, Keshet, GLOE, and Uri L'Tzedek.  

 

Capital Jewish Museum members are invited to arrive at 6:00 pm for a special Hanukkah celebration. Enjoy a light reception, drinks, and conversation with our curators before the program begins.
