Spotlight Yoga
Tuesday: Spotlight Vinyasa (all levels) 9am
Friday: Spotlight Vinyasa (all levels) 9am
Class duration: 1 hour
**You must register prior to class beginning. Online Ticket Sales end 1 hr prio to class.
Cost: $12 per class
or a 10 class Pass for $110 ($10 savings) card will be waiting for you at the first class
or a 5 class Pass for $55 ($5 savings) card will be waiting for you at the first class
Spotlight Yoga will offer a unique spin on the traditional Vinyasa practice including music to uplift and inspire. Taught by Yoga certified instructor Sara Tubbs
Ages 12 and up; All levels welcome! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone stepping onto the mat for the first time, you will feel welcome and benefit from this practice! EveryBODY is different! Sara will give many modifications throughout the practice so everyone can participate in the way that is best for their body.
