πΈ The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal, new beginnings & equilibrium. At this time, the days & nights spend equal amounts of time in the sky, inviting harmony within ourselves. Itβs an amazing time to set intentions for the months ahead, as the Earth is fertile & full of possibilities!
π§ββοΈ Through intentional movement, breathwork, and subtle energy alignment, weβll plant seeds for the months ahead. Expect grounding, heart opening postures & guided intentions to support clarity, vitality, & aligned beginnings.
π£ Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, feel free to bring any of your own equipment to best support you in this class! There are only 10 spots available for each class.
