Description

Join us in the JACC Kitchen for an evening of good food with chef/instructor Jaemasyn Ward of Gathered ( Post Falls).  Jaaemasyn will feature delicious fresh produce of the season and create a totally vegetarian / vegan meal.

MENU

Tempura vegetables with ancho chipotle mayo and tensuyu sauce

Harissa glazed cauliflower steaks with a cauliflower mash and sauted chickpeas with lemon and kale

Lemon and fennel sorbet with beet powder

General Seating:  $75 - includes 2 glass of wine or other beverage
