*Want to dance? Just buy a ticket and show up at 7:30! Like other square dances in town, there will be a live band and no experience is needed!
*Want to learn to call? Just buy a ticket and arrive at 6:30 - reach out to Paul ahead of time (professorbanjo@gmail.com) so he can plan ahead. Paul will teach some basic skills, give callers a chance to practice, and callers who feel ready can call during the main dance!
*Want to play for the dance? Reach out to Paul ahead of time (professorbanjo@gmail.com) - Paul will put together a band of volunteer musicians who can hone their skills by playing for dancers! You do not need to be an amazing musician, but you should be able to play up to dance-speed (120bpm) and fiddlers should be able to comfortably lead a few tunes (and a waltz would be great too!). Contact Paul if you have any questions at all.
All ages are welcome, no alcohol on site.
