Description
This is a local Star Wars Unlimited Constructed Deck event at the New Horizon Mall.
This tournament is scheduled 1 week prior to the Planetary Qualifier in Edmonton, so is a great opportunity to test out and refine your deck in a competitive event.
It will be located on be at the South end of the West end of main floor. Unfortunately, buying and selling is not permitted in the play area.
This will be a Constructed deck tournament for up to 12 players. Pairings to be provided using melee.gg once the construction is completed.
There will be up to 3 rounds (25 minutes with 5 minutes to change tables plus 10 minutes for recording results and pairing) with separate pods of up to 8 each. Each match will be a best of 3 (BO3) using a minimum of 50 cards plus a Leader and Base and a side bar of up to 10 cards.

1:10-2:05 Round 2
2:15-3:10 Round 3 (Final round for up to 10)
3:20-4:15 (final round for up to 12)
Prizes will be awarded at 3:30 (for up to 16) and 5:40 (for up to 32).
For 10 or less players, with 3 rounds, Prizes will be 2 Twilight of the Republic boosters packs per win (with 8 or 10) with 1 pack for each who did not win at all - odd numbers will get wins for byes.
For 11 - 16 players, Prizes for 4 rounds will be 1 booster per win plus 1 booster per player plus 4 extra boosters for the overall winner and 2 boosters for 2nd place.
For more than 16 players for 5 rounds, will be 1 booster per win plus 1 booster per player.
Everyone will also receive 2 weekly play (3-card) booster packs.
The goal for prizes is to ensure that everyone gets something regardless of how they do, but there is some reward for success.
There will not be a Judge for this event, but as we are all friends, I expect that everyone will be respectful and honest. When there is a ruling required, please use other players and I (Dave, the organizer from Boardgames4us) will confirm the ruling or resolve a dispute.

Cancellations with refund will only be accepted up until 2 days before the event (January 9). There will be no refunds after that time.
