ONE HANDED COOKS with authors Allie Gaunt & Jessica Beaton! We have the pleasure of hosting these two incredible women in our rooms for one day only to launch our Starting Solids Classes at Nova Health Co. 

Anyone who has been to our rooms or attended our Mums and Bubs classes knows we are huge fans of the One Handed Cooks and are always recommending them! Join us for a 1 hour class on Tuesday 25th October in our brand new space to learn all about creating simple, healthy and clever recipes to help parents make food a source of enjoyment and nourishment for their children.
