Join us Saturday, March 30th at 11:00 a.m. for this comedic "Step N Sweat" (or not) class hosted by the energetic character Theresa (played by Deb Kennedy). You are sure to have a laugh while getting groovy at this class, so feel free to bring your friends along for the fun and stay after for a glass of wine or some appetizers for lunch! It's not just a workout class; it's a dance party that anyone is welcome to join in on.
