We gather at our gym here on the farm to start the morning strong. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a protein ball and an electrolyte drink to kick things off right. We begin with a warm-up, followed by a co-ed workout designed for both men and women — with options to scale up or down depending on your ability and goals.
Afterward, head over to Cultivate Coffee for an optional hang and enjoy special discounts as a reward for showing up and pushing yourself.
