Description
Stillness & Integration: A Donation-Based Guided Meditation
Step into a quiet space of presence and reflection as we return to the stillness within.
This 45-minute guided meditation followed by 15 minutes of gentle integration invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives inside you. Through guided awareness and mindful rest, we’ll soften the edges of the mind and open space for calm clarity to emerge.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Grounding techniques to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the moment
- Guided meditation to deepen awareness and invite inner balance
- Breath and body awareness practices to support release and renewal
- A 15-minute integration circle for reflection, journaling, and quiet sharing
This class is donation-based, offered in the spirit of inclusivity and accessibility — a reminder that stillness and healing belong to everyone, no matter their means.
Come as you are — no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to pause.
We are holding space for 8 participants, so please reserve your spot to ensure a cushion awaits you. Bring your journal if you feel called to journal during our integration period.
This is a space for rest, reconnection, and remembering the peace that lives within stillness.
If you cannot donate at this time, please don't let that stop you from finding your peace. No one will be turned away.
