Are you feeling stressed as the new year of 2025 begins? Have you been overwhelmed with life, emotions, your work, or family? I invite you to join us for a group sound bath on Saturday January 25th!
Sound Healing uses the power of sound frequencies for help with healing your body physically, mentally, and spiritually. You will be lying or sitting in a comfortable position for one hour of relaxation. I encourage you to bring a yoga mat, folding chair, blankets, pillows, a face mask, or any other items that will make you the most comfortable. Drink lots of water before and after the sound bath to help your cells detox anything your body does not need anymore.
In this group sound bath, there will be a realignment and balance for your body using certain sound frequencies at the beginning and the end. During the middle portion of the sound bath, I will be playing frequencies that directly correlate with feelings of stress and where you hold stress in your body. We will spend some time clearing out the stress and bringing you to a more peaceful state of mind.
