Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa and Hatha yoga practice focusing on the flow from pose to pose and learning how to increase body and breath awareness. In this class, postures and sequences are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and dynamic movement in the body. Breathing techniques, poses for relaxation and meditation are also integrated. This class is suitable for beginners who have foundational knowledge of yoga as well as more seasoned practitioners.
Registration is $15 per person and includes a complimentary glass of classic wine following the yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other props, such as yoga blocks, that will support your practice.
Registration and Cancellation Deadlines and Policies:
- Online registration closes two (2) days prior to each class.
- Minimum class size is four (4). If there are less than four registrations by the time that online registration closes, the class will be cancelled and all tickets will be refunded.
- Onsite registrations will be accepted as long as there is enough space to accommodate additional attendees.
- A full refund will be given only for those who cancel 24 hours or more prior to the event. To process a cancellation, please email crystallinewellnessyoga@gmail.com.
- In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled and all tickets will be refunded. Class cancellation will be determined by 10am the morning of class. Participants will be notified via email and announcements will be made on social media and on www.crystallinewellness.com.
