Description
For this event we are bringing back the popular format from our first event!
We will start the day with pilates, have a workshop on form and technique or the popular exercises that are Romanian deadlifts and hip thrusts followed by a 30 minute sweat then freshen up and socialise afterwards since it is the fringe after all!
