About Jessica Sevier Recently signed to the Paquin Artists Agency, Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jessica Sevier blends country, roots, and Americana with a rock edge and R&B undertones, creating a sound that’s both raw and emotionally resonant.
