Description

Rad stays rad. A few ideas are timeless. Stöner is Brant Bjork (guitar/vocals), Nick Oliveri (bass/vocals) and Ryan Gut (drums), and from flowing jams to all-out punker blasts, they know what they’re doing. It ain’t anybody’s first time at the dance, and you don’t call your band Stöner if you’ve never heard the word before. Stöner, however straight-ahead their moniker, encompass varied styles and the songwriting of Bjork and Oliveri – both founders of Kyuss, also Mondo Generator, Ché, Fu Manchu, Bloodclot, and more between them. Atop the classic-style swing and flow from Gut (also of Bjork’s solo band), Stöner keep it casual and wear the name as only those who helped create the sound could.

Nebula-Guitarist Eddie Glass and drummer Ruben Romano formed NEBULA in 1997 after breaking away from desert rock pioneers Fu Manchu, eventually recruiting bassist Mark Abshire. The power trio specializes in feedback-drenched heavy rock, incorporating liberal doses of Black Sabbath riffery, psychedelia, and space rock. The band released a number of EPs before moving onto full-length albums like 1999's To the Center and 2001's Charged. They've mainly distinguished themselves as a very hard-working live unit NEBULA creates pure guitar-driven, conscious expanding rock for the 21st century. They are a culmination of their rock forbearers such as Jimi Hendrix, MC5, The Stooges and Mudhoney turned up a notch, taken to the next level and blasting through space. NEBULA spread their gospel through their music and what they are preaching will leave the congregation on the floor.

Fever Dog- Fever Dog are a psychedelic rock band from California, often listed from the Coachella Valley. Forming in 2012 after six years of performing in a garage rock band known as Snot Rocket, Fever Dog perform a loose, free-form psychedelic drawing inspirations from the likes of Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Yes, Emerson Lake & Palmer, King Crimson and KISS. To date the band has released two studio albums with a third on the way. The band's name derives Fever Dog from a song by the fictional band "Stillwater" in Coachella Valley native Cameron Crowe’s 2001 movie Almost Famous.

Rolling Heavy Magazine- Rolling Heavy Magazine is a Custom Van magazine that focuses on Vans from The Heyday of Vanning if you will. We mostly feature vans from the 60’s, 70’s and some early 80’s.
