Starting May 2nd, The Inventing Room is launching into a delightful cosmic adventure. Our new Chef-led culinary demonstration, Sugar Science - Taste of Space, invites you on an exciting tasting journey to discover how food is prepared in space and the exciting future possibilities of astronaut desserts & confections. Watch and learn how we imagine the future of food and dessert, while also inspiring your imagination and taste buds to create your wildest sci-fi-inspired desserts.
Watch & learn about the mad science behind our cooking processes & techniques during the 30-minute experience while enjoying tasting liquid nitrogen treats & desserts.
Each ticket includes six out-of-this-world treats, your choice of liquid nitrogen ice cream sundae, and time in our black light room with glow in the dark sweets - for an awesome 45-minute Inventing Room experience. The menu of bubbling, smoking liquid nitrogen ice cream choices include the Fly Me to the Moon sundae, the Saturn sundae and our signature, award-winning Mexican Fried Ice Cream.
The experience, designed for all ages (from age two to 102), is limited to 16 guests each hour to ensure each guest's enjoyment in our little dessert shop. This experience is perfect for date nights, family outings, sweet & science lovers of all ages or just to satisfy that sweet tooth.
