Beginning January 2026, we will level up into a journey through the evolution of video games in our brand new Sugar Science program. Our all new Chef-led culinary Sugar Science - The Arcade demonstration led by Denver’s own Willy Wonka, Chef Ian Kleinman, will take you on a head-freezing tasting adventure through confections & desserts with the razzle dazzle of video games throughout modern history. From pixelated aliens to talk of the Multiverse, gaming has evolved significantly since the days of Atari and Arcade machines.
Watch & learn about the mad science behind our cooking processes & techniques during the 30-minute experience while enjoying tasting candy & dessert. Video game character costumes are welcome and those in video game costumes will receive a special treat.
Each ticket includes six delightfully themed treats, such as dragonfruit Space Foam, nitrogen Minecraft “bricks” and freeze-dried pixel cubes; your choice of liquid nitrogen ice cream sundae, and time in our black light room with glow in the dark sweets - for an awesome 45-minute Inventing Room experience. The menu of bubbling, smoking liquid nitrogen ice cream choices include the Princess Peach sundae, the Candy Crush sundae and our signature, award-winning Mexican Fried Ice Cream.
The experience, designed for all ages (from age two to 102), is limited to 16 guests total for each session to ensure each guest's enjoyment in our little dessert shop. This experience is perfect for date nights, family outings, sweet & science lovers of all ages or just to satisfy that sweet tooth.
Please note, all ticket sales are final and non-transferrable to different times are dates. Your ticket is considered VOID after your ticket time passes. A ticket is required for anyone entering the dessert shop. Please read the tips for purchasing tickets below before purchasing tickets.
Our dessert shop is 100% nut-free and we can accommodate gluten & dairy allergies - just please let us know upon arrival to the dessert shop. The Inventing Room Dessert Shop requires advance online ticket purchase and we cannot accommodate walk-in guests.
