Join us for our holiday Sugar Science experience, “The Science of Christmas” this December. Our all new holiday-themed Chef-led culinary demonstration take will you on a sparkly & bright, merry tasting sleigh ride through our favorite traditional holiday confections, served up with our special twist of molecular gastronomy. Learn about the miraculous science behind our cooking processes, techniques and Christmas during the 30-minute demonstration while enjoying our spin on the season’s classics. Sugar Science - "The Science of Christmas" will run through the end of the year. We will begin a new program in 2024, January tickets will be available toward the end of December and we cannot book in advance of ticket release.
Each ticket includes six magical sweet treats and your choice of liquid nitrogen sundae - as well as some time in our glow in the dark room – for a sugary & bright 45-minute Inventing Room experience. Your bubbling, smoking liquid nitrogen sundae choices range from the "Grinch" - Vanilla Custard, Green Ooze, Green Apple Cotton Candy & Exploding Whipped Cream; "Banana Pudding" - Vanilla Custard rolled in Graham Crackers with Vanilla Pudding Mousse & Brown Sugar Bananas and our award-winning Mexican Fried Ice Cream.
The experience, designed for all ages, is limited to 15 guests total for each session to ensure each guest's enjoyment in our little dessert shop. Sugar Science - "The Science of Christmas" will run through December 2023 with the dessert shop open Thursdays - Sundays for demonstrations. This experience is perfect for date nights, family outings, Christmas lovers of all ages or just to satisfy that sweet tooth.
Please note, all ticket sales are final (non-refundable) and non-transferrable to different times are dates. Your ticket is considered VOID after your ticket time passes. A ticket is required for anyone entering the dessert shop. Please read the tips for purchasing tickets below.

Looking for some private time at our dessert shop? Our private "Science of Christmas" demonstration is perfect for a birthday outing, employee outing or just to gather together with family and friends. While we do not offer birthday parties at the dessert shop, this is a wonderful dessert experience for a birthday celebration outing for all ages - just let us know it is a birthday celebration! For a private demonstration, simply purchase all 15 tickets for a time slot. We only have the dates and times available listed on our online shop.

We will not schedule private demonstrations in advance of monthly ticket releases.
TIPS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS -
- If you are attending with a group, purchase all tickets at once. Time slots sell out fast and could sell out as you are purchasing tickets.
- Please make sure you are selecting the correct date and time you wish to visit before completing ticket purchase.
- For a private demonstration, simply purchase all 15 tickets to one time slot.
- If it is only allowing you to select/ purchase one ticket during a selected time slot, that means there is only one ticket left in that time slot.
- We highly recommend using a desktop computer or tablet for purchasing tickets, we have heard of some issues with using a phone to purchase tickets though SimpleTix. Please note, it can take a few minutes for you to receive your email ticket confirmation especially when there is a high volume of ticket sales - your confirmation email will arrive via SimpleTix Orders.
