This ticket is for (1) single tasting menu put out by the new chefs in residency at Sumac. Experience a multi-course meal cooked over a wood fire. 


HOW IT WORKS: Please plan to arrive promptly at your designated time. Check-in and service will be from the window of our wood-fired kitchen. Allow 25 minutes from check-in time for chef's to plate your meal while you enjoy the scenery and grab drinks from inside the brewery.

MENU: Due to the nature of our sourcing practices, the menu will be released on the weekend. For examples of the culinary style and what treats may be served visit our page.

The Tasting Menu is designed as omnivore’s small plates and cannot accommodate all dietary requirements. Contact us in advance if you have a restriction.

Sumac strives to source 100% of all proteins, vegetables, dairy, and grains from within 150 miles. Located on a 27-acre farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests will experience a taste unique to the region from our one of a kind kitchen parked at Pen Druid Brewing and tap room. The menu changes weekly to offer you a creative take on fine fresh flavors.
