Summer Beer Dinner

Description

Celebrate the beginning of summer at Blue Mountain Brewery!

For our next beer dinner, we're dining alfresco! Join us on the patio (will move indoors in the event of bad weather) for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.

 

1st Course: CANDIED SWEET POTATO

Candied sweet potato slice topped with roasted marshmallow, serrano pepper, and Mountain Tea syrup

Pairing: Mountain Tea Hard Iced Tea

 

2nd Course: CEVICHE SALAD

Shrimp and calamari ceviche with couscous salad, mango, and green goddess dressing

Pairing: Calamansi on Acid

 

3rd Course: BLACKENED MAHI

Lightly smoked blackened mahi mahi with roasted asparagus, lemon herb compound butter, and marinated shoestring vegetables

Pairing: Rockfish Wheat

 

4th Course: ARANCINI SKEWER

Deep-fried risotto balls, grilled pineapple, picante pepper, and strawberry yogurt sauce

Pairing: Strawberry Hard Seltzer

 

5th Course: BRAISED QUAIL

With garlic herb mashed potatoes, green beans, and lager onion gravy

Pairing: Classic Lager

 

Dessert: TRES LECHES CAKE

Light, airy sponge cake soaked in sweet milk and topped with whipped cream and cinnamon

Pairing: Chocolate Coffee Concealed Darkness
