SUMMER FERAL FEST
The Inaugural Event presented by the Feral Frequency Collective
July 11th 6 - 10pm @ Summit Presbyterian Mt. Airy
Are you ready to let loose? Like, REALLY let loose?
Summer Feral Fest is an invitation to shed what's civilized and remember what's alive in you. Come wring yourself out (Spiritually and physically (it’s going to be hot)). Come dance yourself free. Come embody the animal that you are.
This is somatic devotion. This is catharsis. This is bass music loud enough to rearrange something inside you.
There's so much happening in the world. Your body knows what to do with it — if you let it.
What to expect:
Feral, unhinged, playful, authentic expression. Wild music for wild hearts. Screaming and roaring encouraged. Bass you can feel in your bones. A cuddle space when you need to land. A cooling corner, water, and electrolytes when the heat gets real — and it will get real.
This is NOT an ecstatic dance, but we are inspired by a variety of music. The bass goes hard, and so does the creativity.
Adults only. Alcohol free.
Any other medicines — please bring radical self-responsibility and deep respect for yourself and the space.
Wear something ferocious. Wear something you can sweat in. Don't worry about looking cool.. Come as you are. Come as yourself.

Indigo
Indigo is a DJ who trusts in the body’s wisdom to move through emotions and release them. As a psychotherapist, she finds ways of weaving self-regulating wisdom into her sets. Dance is therapy, dance is devotion. Indigo loves all musical genres, but favors deep bass beats that encourage primal movement, and hip centric grooves.
Boombox Ben
Boombox Ben began his DJ journey through life-expanding experiences at Burning Man. Bringing playa-dust-infused joy and high-energy tech house to the Philly dance community and beyond, his sets are playful, embodied, and alive. After spending the fall DJing at the Mystical Yoga Farm in Guatemala while training as a yoga teacher, he brings a deep awareness of movement, presence, and flow—crafting dance floors that invite people fully into their bodies.
The Feral Priestess
FeralFaerieGoblin/Christie (usually found in her mud loving goblin form at local dances and festivals) is also a clinical herbalist, respiratory therapist, costume maker, strange performance artist and facilitator of feral playshops, interactive mythweaving, and self care for spoonies workshops. Please be kind (of weird) with this creature.
