Description

Join us for a special opportunity to experience live county folk music by Hiram while you and the stage float down the South Fork River. This unique experience will take place on a calm section of the river, meaning it is perfect for beginners and seasoned paddlers alike. Choose the ticket option that fits your need with proceeds benefiting safeguarding the local waterways that millions across the Carolinas rely on for their electricity and drinking water. Following the show, stow your boats and head across the street to Confluence in Cramerton to keep the party going.

For your safety and the safety of all other attendees, we recommend that all children and minors under 18 be accompanied by an adult and all children ages 4-8 be in a craft with an adult. We don't recommend bringing children ages 3 and under. All participants should also be equipped with a personal flotation device (PFD) and all children ages 13 and under are required to wear a coast guard rated PFD at all times while on the water. Should you choose a bring your own boat ticket option, please note that we will not have extra PFDs available for you to use. All other ticket options will come with a PFD and paddle.

A free shuttle service will be available every 15 minutes from 1:00 - 3:30 PM to transport participants from the free parking lot located in downtown Cramerton to the floating concert starting point. Please note that the ending point of the Floating Concert will be where your personal vehicle is parked. If you are choosing a bring your own boat ticket option, you will need to drop off your boat at the Floating Concert starting point in McAdenville, prior to parking your vehicle in downtown Cramerton.

Finally, while the usage of innertubes and other flotations are permitted, we strongly encourage you to either attach your float to someone in their own kayak, bring your own paddle, or we suggest renting one of our available crafts instead. The section of the South Fork River where the Floating Concert will take place is designated as our "slow flow" area, so we are anticipating you having to gently paddle while enjoying the show.
