Imagine relaxing in the outdoors amongst the trees, surrounded by the nature and birds sounds, in the sun, enjoying the gentle breeze touching your skin while experiencing a magical and unique journey of Sound Meditation that promotes general wellbeing.  

Join us on Saturday 9 July at 1.30pm where Thimela Garcia founder of Chakra Mama Healing will guide you into a very soothing and relaxing sound journey experience using Tibetan and crystal quartz singing bowls, Gongs and other sound instruments, allowing your mind and body to relax and switch off as the sound resonates through you invoking a deeper and a more relaxed state.  

Sound Bath, or Sound Healing, is a meditative experience in which one surrenders to the sounds of the ancient instruments in order to unwind and relax. During a Sound Healing you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. Through all the various notes and under tones of these sounds, the body is offered an opportunity to resonate with a healing frequency.  

You are in essence giving your body, mind, and spirit an opportunity to shift to a higher frequency and let go of lower vibrational thoughts, emotions, and other issues. You will be provided with the space and sounds for you to relax at a profound level while tapping into your chakras.  

The session will begin with some calming breathwork which will then lead you peacefully into the sounds, vibrations and healing powers of the ancient instruments.

What to bring:

  • A Yoga Mat  
  • A blanket plus cushion and/or an eye pillow for your own comfort 
  • Comfortable clothes   
  • A bottle of water
  • A pen and a pad to journal  

Please avoid this Session if the following applies to you:  

  • Heart conditions (pacemakers)  
  • Epilepsy
  • If you have any metal bolts or screws within the body  
  • First trimester of pregnancy
  • Serious Mental Health issues  
  • Use of alcohol, drugs or Illegal substances  

If you are unable to lie down on your back, you can sit on your mat or bringing a folding chair.
