This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. You don't need to be flexible, it's all about having a good time and feeling better. We provide super comfy headphones to allow you to control the volume so you can clearly hear the instructor and listen to our favourite playlists created specifically for the class. The music means you won’t get distracted by any external noise and allows you to switch off and go into your own world.
The class finishes with a guided meditation to completely unwind and let the benefits of a yoga practice sink in for the rest of the day.
There are plenty of benefits of a yoga practice to the body and mind, but the fresh air, beautiful surroundings and very deep focus will add an extra layer to your overall wellbeing. It's like a reset for the nervous system, vital when you live in a 24/7 city.
What to bring:
Your yoga mat, some comfy socks/warm jumper or blanket for relaxation. Stay hydrate - don’t forget some water! Please let the instructor know before the class if you have any medical conditions or injuries.
