Join us for a complimentary Yoga session in Wandsworth Park. Enable will be hosting accessible yoga flow for all abilities, with a focus on mental / physical wellbeing and community.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, Yoga is the perfect energy booster - it's all about having a good time and feeling better.

Please bring a Yoga Matt with you, there will only be a limited number of mats available with the instructor.
