Mindfulness practice can help us stop leaning on the crutches of habit, and instead, explore what it’s like to be independent from long-held beliefs and attitudes, conceptualized frameworks of "how things should be", and expectations. We are reminded that with our eyes, ears, nose, taste buds, and sense of touch, we can experience the world directly, free from the reinforcement of concepts. In fact, we can see things clearly--as they are.
Day 1 and 2: Sunday, July 6 and Monday, July 7 - Online or In person at The Pearl Market, 2 Clift's-Baird's Cove, St. John's, NL
Day 3 and 4: Tuesday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 9 - Online only via Zoom
Practice will start at 8:30am. We will bring our own lunch, and conclude each day at 5:00pm.
We will alternate between sitting and walking meditation, there will be guided meditation, one-on-one meetings, coffee breaks (with goodies) mid-morning and mid-afternoon, and lunch 12:00 to 1:00, with a talk in the late afternoon.

The cost is $50/day or $30/half day.
