Summer Mini League

Join the School of Mahj Summer Mini League for five relaxed and fun-filled Sunday afternoons of American Mahjong this July and August at the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce.

Whether you’re newer to the game or already an experienced player, this league is designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and connect with a welcoming community of mahjong lovers.

HOW IT WORKS

• 5 Sundays: July 12, 19, 26 and August 2, 9

• 2:00–4:30 PM

• $100 entry fee

Life gets busy in the summer, so we’ve built in some flexibility: only your TOP 3 weekly scores count toward the championship standings, meaning you can miss a couple of weeks without falling behind—or attend each week and work to improve your best 3 scores! Each week, players will be randomly assigned to different tables, giving everyone the chance to meet new friends, learn from different playing styles, and enjoy fresh competition every week.

WEEKLY FUN + PRIZES
Each week, every player who attends will be entered into a raffle featuring fun, mahjong-themed prizes (value $35-50). At the end of the league, one player will take home our Grand Prize, a gorgeous set of mahjong tiles!
