Description
There are deep, oaky, heavy reds for winter, and we like those in their time, but then there's the light, summery red, and that's what this dinner is devoted to! We're thinking cinsault, gamay, beaujolais. Wines that are a sparkling translucent red in the glass and fresh on the palate. Wines that are light and almost have a bubble to them. If that sounds like your kind of wine, then grab a seat at the table! We'll be pairing these with an incredible dinner made from scratch in-house by our artistic director, Pablo Solanet.
