Join us in the JACC Kitchen for an evening of good food with chef/instructor Jaemasyn Ward of Gathered ( Post Falls).   Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Jaaemasyn's skills and knowledge of cuisine will not disappoint!

MENU

Mimosa Bar:  fresh fruit purees and juices and bubbles!

Graceland French Toast:  vanilla almond granola crusted french toast layered with bananas, peanut butter and crispy bacon and a bourbon maple syrup

Tater Tot Waffle:  tater tot waffle with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, and caviar

Lemon Cooler Cookie Sandwich:  huckleberry ice cream sandwiched between lemon white cvhocolate coconut cookies.

 

General Seating:  $75 - includes 2 mimosas or glasses of wine or other beverages

VIP Seating:  $95 - includes 2 mimosas or glasses of wine or other beverage  (seated at chef's counter)
