Description
One of WHC’s favorite tikkun olam traditions is back: helping those in need in our area have a happy Thanksgiving.
Pack Thanksgiving meals for Abram Simon Elementary families in Anacostia, as well as shelters and pantries across D.C. and Maryland.
This year, you can help in two ways:
- Donate a bag through the TOV Fund. ($50 covers all the fixin’s plus a gift card for the main course).
- Bring your own bag (SEE INGREDIENT LIST). Drop off at JBSC by Thursday, November 20, or at Temple on Sunday, November 23.
