Super Sabado: Dia de los Muertos Community Workshop

Interested in learning more about Dia de los Muertos? Join us on Saturday October 11 from 10:00-11am OR 11:00- 12:00p for a FREE workshop organized in partnership with Cazateatro. Participants will learn more about the culture and traditions behind Dia de los Muertos. In particular you'll have the chance to learn about and create the elements of a traditional ofrenda (altar) during this exciting workshop. Super Saturday takes place every week during the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art free hours from 10a-12p. Guests can enjoy drop in art making and curated gallery guides to give them a closer look at the art on view. All ages are welcome! Materials for art making are limited. Please register in advance.

If an event is postponed rescheduled or moved your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required.
