BBQ Guru Andy Boterman will run you through steak preparation, seasoning, reverse searing and cast iron cooking Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef and also demonstrate an easy marinated and grilled Oishi shrimp. The class will be delicious, and is sure to sell out fast!  $125 Per Person, 22 seats available. Date night!
