Set inside the Apex Lounge, this limited-time dining experience features Sushi by Bou’s signature Bougie Omakase, a chef-curated tasting menu showcasing premium fish, creative flavors, and expertly crafted sushi, all served in an intimate setting with just 6 guests per seating.

Enhance your evening with optional à la carte additions and a specially curated selection of sake and beverage pairings offered by Scribner’s Lodge.
