NOTE: Ticket sales on December 1, 2025 are a deposit only. Your $100 deposit reserves your spot and will be applied in full to the remainder of the ticket price once we receive confirmation on dinner pricing for Friday and Saturday evening. The remainder of the balance, estimated to be $250, will be due in January 2026 and will be billed separately.
Everything below is everything you need to know if you plan to attend SWAG 2026 (The S&W Annual Gathering). Please read this carefully.
These annual events are all about what Erin and I love to do the most—sharing great food, drinks, and experiences at fun local spots with friends. Literally good people and good whiskey...what's better than that!?
There are a number of logistical challenges in regards to both space and cost for an event like this. We want to make this as accessible as possible while still keeping the size of the event manageable, and—more importantly—personal. What does that mean? This isn't the kind of event where you're going to go out of your way to attend and then get lost in the crowd. We're keeping this intentionally small at a maximum of 30 attendees (which is much more our speed) so that the folks who do attend can get to know each other and have a great time together. If that sounds like a great time to you, then we'd love to have you join us!

TICKET RELEASE SCHEDULE:
- Platinum Members ($60-100): Monday, December 1 @ 10:00am CT
- Gold Members ($40): Monday, December 1 @ 4:00pm CT
- Silver Members ($20): Monday, December 1 @ 6:00pm CT
- Bronze Members ($10): Monday, December 1 @ 8:00pm CT
- Discord Members ($5): Tuesday, December 2 @ 10:00am CT
- Supporting Members ($1): Tuesday, December 2 @ 4:00pm CT
TICKET DETAILS:
- Your ticket cost includes the Friday and Saturday afternoon distillery experiences, your dinner in full (drinks not included), and the bottle shares both evenings.
- The only things not included in your ticket cost are lunch Friday at Cledis, brunch Saturday at The Goat SoBro, any drinks you choose to purchase at dinner, and any bottles you choose to purchase at the distilleries we visit.
Please note that the cost of these ticket are merely the cost of food and the bottle share space split equally amongst attendees, so you're not paying for anything you're not receiving. We only share this because we want to be transparent with you guys. It would feel incredibly weird to us if we charged you to come hang out with us for a weekend, but cool stuff does cost money to make happen, and this is simply all of us splitting the cost for the weekend.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
Drift Nashville is our host hotel. They do offer block room rate discounts, but the early bird booking price is the way to go as you can save 30% by booking by December 4, 2025.
Drift is a Marriott property so it's worth checking travel sites like Booking.com for promotions, or it may be possible to use points to book as well.
If you choose not to stay at Drift, there are other options within 0.5 miles of Drift at La Quinta, Holiday Inn, and Comfort Inn.
Erin and I are really excited about this 2026 event and are working hand-in-hand with local distilleries to make this a very special and memorable experience. We've also shrunk the guest list to 30 people maximum to make it even more of an event focused on friendship and camaraderie. We're taking everything we've learned from the last three years and focusing on improving the experience even more this year. Y'all hear us say it all the time—it's all about good people and good whiskey—and that's exactly what this event is going to be.
