These annual events are all about what Erin and I love to do the most—sharing great food, drinks, and experiences at fun local spots with friends. Literally good people and good whiskey...what's better than that!?
We want to make this as accessible as possible while still keeping the size of the event manageable, and—more importantly—personal. What does that mean? This isn't the kind of event where you're going to go out of your way to attend and then get lost in the crowd. We're keeping this intentionally small so that the folks who do attend can get to know each other and have a great time together sharing amazing food, drinks, and experiences. - Friday Evening Dinner (7:00pm to 10:00pm) @ Black Rabbit Nashville (Pending Confirmation)
- Friday Night Penthouse Suite Bottle Share (10:00pm to ~12:00am) @ Drift Nashville
Friday night dinner at the amazing Black Rabbit in downtown Nashville will have live music front of house, includes two drink tickets per person, and an example menu (to be finalized) features their signature rabbit rolls, NY strip, wood fire chicken, seasonal veggies, roasted potatoes, and dessert a la carte.
SATURDAY, MAY 16TH ITINERARY:

- Saturday Afternoon Exclusive Blending Event (12:00pm to 4:00pm) @ Southern Collective Spirit Company
- Saturday Evening Dinner & "Bottle Your Own" Experience (6:00pm to 9:00pm) @ Nelson Green Brier Distillery (Pending Confirmation)
- Saturday Night Penthouse Suite Bottle Share (9:00pm to ~12:00am) @ Drift Nashville
Saturday evening dinner at Nelson Green Brier's amazing restaurant will be in the private Rickhouse Room with access to their private rickhouse speakeasy, includes two drink tickets per person, with an example menu of braised short rib, bourbon maple chicken, whiskey pears, stuffed mushrooms, crispy brussels, roasted potatoes, and peach cobbler with bourbon sauce.
Please note that the distillery-exclusive “Bottle Your Own Brier” experience is an add-on ticket of $30 and includes pours from three distillery-exclusive barrels with the opportunity to purchase a bottle of your choosing (approximately $50-100 per bottle depending on the expression of your choice).
TICKET DETAILS:
- Your ticket cost includes the Friday and Saturday afternoon distillery experiences, your dinner in full, two drink tickets per person at each dinner, and the bottle shares both evenings.
- The only things not included in your ticket cost are lunch Friday at Cledis, brunch Saturday at The Goat SoBro, the “Bottle Your Own Brier” tasting experience at Nelson Green Brier during dinner on Saturday evening, and any bottles you choose to purchase at the distilleries we visit. Please also note that transportation is not provided, but Nashville is an incredible convenient ride-share city with options through Uber and Lyft, and we encourage everyone to use those rather than drinking and driving—the risk is simply not worth it.
COST TRANSPARENCY DISCLAIMER: We think it's important to address that the original estimate for this event was $350 per person. Unfortunately, every option we looked at in Nashville had lofty food and beverage minimums—it seems to be the “New Nashville” way—and it simply wasn't possible to keep tickets quite as low as we wanted and still have this be as special of an event. To make up for the increased cost necessary to cover the food and beverage minimums, we have elevated the food menu each evening to include steak on Friday evening along with wood fire chicken, and braised short rib on Saturday evening along with bourbon maple chicken. Everyone in attendance will also receive two drink tickets at each dinner as well.
As you all know, this isn't something we host as a way of making money, and the total cost for this event is shaping up to be $22,500 in full—with the bulk of that cost being dinners Friday and Saturday evening. With 45 people in attendance, ourselves included, the math is simple. We want to be up front about this because it represents each of us investing in this event to make it something truly special.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
Drift Nashville is our host hotel. Drift is a Marriott property so it's worth checking travel sites like Booking.com for promotions, or it may be possible to use points to book as well.
If you choose not to stay at Drift, there are other options within 0.5 miles of Drift at La Quinta, Holiday Inn, and Comfort Inn.
Erin and I are really excited about this 2026 event and are working hand-in-hand with local distilleries to make this a very special and memorable experience. We're taking everything we've learned from the last three years and focusing on improving the experience even more this year. Y'all hear us say it all the time—it's all about good people and good whiskey—and that's exactly what this event is going to be. We can't wait!
