Join us on Saturday April 19th from 8:30am - 12:30pm at Hitters Liberty Lake for a Swing Mobility Clinic led by Dr. Adam Jacobs from Mode Chiropractic. Dr. Adam Jacobs is a sports chiropractor with 17 years of experience.
A one-day clinic to assess mobility, stability, and asymmetries for young baseball and golf athletes. For young athletes 6th-12th grade & coaches. $25 per person and online registration ends April 18th.
What to expect:
- Learn about the importance of movement and injury prevention
- General movement assessment and sports-specific screening for baseball and golf
- Key warm up drills for the rotational athlete
- Interpret screening results and receive individualized corrective work guidance
- Engage in hands-on corrective exercise sessions
