A slow, immersive reset for your body and mind.
We’ll begin with grounding yin yoga, move into breathwork and sound healing, and finish with a deep yoga nidra practice designed to calm the nervous system and clear mental noise.
This is not a workout. It’s a return to yourself.
Expect a soft, peaceful atmosphere, cozy props, and space to reflect. No prior experience needed—just come as you are.
Please arrive on time, as the space will be held in silence from start to finish to honour the depth of the practice.
The class will be held on 3rd Floor, room 9.
