Hi-Wire Cincy is working with a local workout studio, System of Strength to bring you a wonderful exercise class to continue your New Year's resolutions. 

  • SYSTEM EXPLANATION - WHO ARE WE?
    • System of Strength is a fitness movement created to change lives for the better. Your body craves a thoughtful combination of cardio, strength, and recovery in a week's time, and The System was created so you don't have to think about how to fit those components into your schedule. With 7 different group-fitness classes offered under 1 roof, among 3 different studios, you're sure to get the workout your body craves!
  •  CLASS DESCRIPTION - we'll be running IN THE MIX, which emphasizes equal portions of cardio & strength.
