Description
What are the benefits of Systemic Coaching Supervision for Team Coaches?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) recognizes coaching supervision as an important element of a coach’s professional development, learning and growth and recommends coaching supervision for full-time professional coach practitioners as part of their portfolio of continuing professional development (CPD) activities designed to keep them ‘fit for purpose’. Up to 10 hours of Resource Development CCE’s may be used for renewal purposes.
Systemic Group Supervision is a powerful way for systemic coaches to reflect on their work and resource themselves in community of peers. It helps team coaches to navigate enormous complexity of their clients’ systems and all the stakeholders involved. In Systemic Group Supervision, we focus on the relational and systemic field that we work in through the use of RSI Principles as a method for our exploration.
Systemic Group Supervision therefore has a crucial role in facilitating systemic awareness and systemic change. It provides a safe, reflective space, where the coach can understand both themselves and the system better, gain the clarity of the bigger picture and decipher their experience as important data about the system they are coaching and their own growth as practitioner.
