Come have your feet move to the sound of heartfelt vocals, fiddle, accordion, lapsteel, guitar, washboard and drums as the T Marie and Bayou Juju Band release an album of original and traditional music imbued with the live feel of festivals, dancehalls, and dive bars. The album was recorded live at French Quarter Fest and at Saturn Bar with the help of WWOZ, Jazz and Heritage Archives, and Great Magnet Recording Concerns. Come for the fresh takes on traditional Cajun, Creole, Zydeco, Swamp Pop, Country, Blues, and New Orleans songs. Stay to hear the next generation of original South Louisiana tunes. The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed.
Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed.
We have a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, if you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
