Andy from BBQ with Boterman will be back with us again (you seeing a trend here?) to talk TACOS!  We're gonna just basically hang out and let Andy cook tacos and feed us! However, you'll be surprised at what you learn! Al Pastor and chicken thighs cooked on a trompo. At press time... we haven't chosen the third style.  Shrimp? Mahi? Swordfish? We'll figure it out. It'll be fun (and delicious). Beer provided by Utipils.
