Spatchcocking, Texas style turkey breast, brining and injecting are just a few of the techniques covered. We will also be going over how to make an incredible gravy from scratch! You and your family won't have to suffer through another dry oven roasted turkey again! Vikings play Monday night, so Sunday October 22nd is open.
