Learn a brag-worthy Texas holiday tradition in this hands-on tamale demonstration with Judy! She’ll walk you through how to create authentic, homemade tamales from start to finish — sharing her tried-and-true family method along the way.
You’ll get to feel the masa, spread it just right inside the shuck, and roll a few tamales with Judy’s delicious chicken filling. Guests can take their own tamales home to steam, and you’ll get to sample Judy’s perfectly cooked version during class.
