Event Details

  • Event Name: Taste the Rainbow: Southend Block Party
  • Date: August 2nd & 3rd 2024
  • Time: Ends by 8pm Saturday the 3rd
  • Location: Ends at HiWire Brewing
  • Participating Breweries/Bars: Monday Night, QC Pourhouse, Wooden Robot, Co-Op Frose, Skiptown, Trolley Barn, HiWire

Event Highlights

  1. Bar Crawl: Participants will visit multiple bars, each offering a unique and colorful drink representing a color of the rainbow.
  2. Bingo Card: Each participant will receive a bingo card featuring different drink categories or colors. They will mark off each square as they discover an applicable square. Each participating brewery will have 2 unique squares! The remaining 10 squares will be random and all prideful! Example: tag us in your best pride outfit. 
  3. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to participants who complete a row, column, or diagonal on their bingo card. Each completed bingo card turned will earn you a raffle ticket. The raffle will be drawn at 8pm at HiWire and the 7 chosen winners will receive a prize basket with items from each participating location! Want more raffle tickets? More will be available during the HiWire Pride Party.

Event Schedule

  • Registration and Check-In: Participants check-in at any participating location to grab their card along with an information/rule sheet.
  • Bar Crawl: Participants visit each designated bar to sample the colorful drinks, identify a unique pride marker and then have their bingo card punched. 
  • Along the Way: Individual participants will identify their own pride squares along the way as they complete the tasks. Verification will be required upon completion. 
  • Prize Distribution/Ceremony: The crawl ends at 8pm on Saturday the 3rd and the raffle will be drawn at 8:15pm. Each ticket is required to have a name and phone number and if the winning individual is not present, they have until the following day to pick up their prize. If it is not redeemed by Sunday at close, we will redraw.
  • PRIDE PARTY ROUNDUP 5-9pm @ HiWire w/ a vendor market, live music, Carolina Rain popup & mobile testing bus plus fun drinks!
