All courses are 1 hour per week with total upfront cost of $229.90 EXCEPT Intermediate/Advanced which is a 2 hour class per week for $438.90.

- Level 2/3 - Wednesdays 6pm
- Intermediate/Advanced - Thursdays 6pm
- All Levels - Mondays 9:15am

Intro Classes will get you started on Aerial Hoop at low heights, learning how to hop onto the hoop, find your balance, learn some foundational shapes (which also look amazing!), and challenge your strength hanging under the bar.
In Level 1 As your strength and confidence increases with our small classes and individual guidance from your instructor, you will progress with more shapes and poses, learning multiple entries onto the hoop and progressing with standing shapes.
In Level 2 we will build the strength and knowledge to start with rolls, pullovers, and longer sequences on the hoop.
In Level 3 we will build your repetoire and technique with shapes above the top bar, drops, and complex shapes.
As your repertoire and stamina increases you will be invited to join our Intermediate/Advanced Aerial Hoop Classes.
