Welcome to the EXPO Explosion located in the city of Belton, Texas., hosted at the EXPO dome.
January 1st, and 2nd, 2021 - will hold this years event. All divisions will be represented, with a full pole vault meet. This meet will include medals for the top three (3) places.
The EXPO is a New Balance Qualifier and a USATF Sanctioned event.
Due to the Covid we have altered the format of the Expo in order to increase the number of divisional competitions while maintaining a low number of participants in each division for the convenience of each competitor, there will be no clinic format for this years event. We will still have an Elite Pro Women’s and Men’s Division, along with all other previously held Expo divisions.
The Expo is a New Balance Qualifier and USATF Sanctioned event. All registration date changes are based on Central Standard Time. The Expo is a non-refundable event.
ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE A CURRENT USATF MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THEIR INFORMATION. Proof of a valid 2021 USATF membership will be checked during packet pickup.
GOLD REGISTRATION: ($65.00): August 15th through October 15th. You will be provided with an event shirt for early registration.
SILVER REGISTRATION: ($75.00) October 16th through November 15th. No event shirt provided.
BRONZE REGISTRATION: ($85.00) November 16th through December 15th. No event shirt provided.
BLACK REGISTRATION: December 16th – Registration is closed, NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED!
Divisions will be broken down according to number of entries to eliminate runway over-crowding. All divisions are based on PR heights submitted during registration, then placed into flighted divisions for competition. Only High School athletes are permitted to compete in a High School Division regardless of a participants PR. Open Women and Men Divisions will have multiple flighted divisions as well, if needed. Elite High School Girls, Elite High School Boys, Elite Pro Open Women and Elite Pro Open Men will have a minimum qualifying height to compete in those divisions. Divisions with minimum qualifying heights, may be adjusted according to the entries.
Qualifying Results to be submitted to New Balance Indoor Nationals for approval. All Final results will be posted by the meet sponsor Milesplit and then provided to Athletic.net.
NO clinic sessions this year, we will have a scheduled shake-out on December the 31st, (TBD). Additionally, the Pro Elite's will compete on January 2nd at 11:30 am. This should help with people planning their trip.
