Calling all swimmers, THE 100 has landed. Taking place in Boston at The Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex on Sunday November 6th 2022 this is your chance to set the pool on fire! 

Choose your distance and choose your pace. Whatever option you choose you will be swimming.....
 “THE 100” … which of course all takes place in 100m efforts. It is up to you how to swim them, you can choose your pace and choose your distance, you can mix strokes or drills you just need to keep to the send off time of your lane. The challenge is to swim the Full Ironman distance (38), a Half Century (50) or even the Mega "Full Century"......THE 100 x 100! (10,000m)

 

DISTANCES
38 x 100m              3,800m
50 x 100m               5,000m
100 x 100m              10,000m
Own x 100m           As many as you can in 2 hours 

 

PACING
Each 100m on a 1:40 send off     (2h 46 for 100 / 1h 23 for 50 / 1h 03 for 38)
Each 100m on a 2:00 send off     (3h 20 for 100 / 1h 40 for 50 / 1h 16 for 38)
Each 100m on a 2:24 send off     (4h 00 for 100 / 2h 00 for 50 / 1h 31 for 38)
Each 100m at your own pace      (upto 2hours)

 

• Spaces are limited to just 35 swimmers 
• Rolling registration opening from 07:30  
• Swim starting from 08:00 with all swimmers completing at 12:00 Noon
• You will be issued a swim time and lane suitable for your entry
• Swim Hat included in Entry
