The Cajun Tailgate & Crawfish Fest is the Official Tailgate for the Cajun Bowl. Venued with Food Trucks ranging from Real Cajun & Creole boiled Crawfish from Louisiana natives, to an array of Cajun themed Down South cooking for your taste buds to enjoy! Every vendor is approved with "cooked with love" for all the family to come out and enjoy our "College GameDay" featuring raffles and prizes to promotional products from our sponsors tent village. Local Celebrities will be in the crowd. Proceeds will go to benefit the local homeless shelters of downtown Houston.
